Reimbursement from Health Insurance

Reimbursement from supplementary health insurance packages may be possible. Please check with your health insurance company to ascertain if this applies to your insurance cover, using the AGB codes on your invoice. Relationship therapy is not covered by standard or supplementary health insurance.

My work is not covered by the standard health insurance packages.

VAT

Individual Sessions are exempt from VAT.  Systemic therapy aimed at improving your health or mental health is also exempt from VAT. Relationship Therapy and Supervision are not exempt from VAT.  The fees listed below include VAT, where applicable.

Cancellations

A full fee will be charged when cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation between 24-48 hours prior to appointment will be charged at 50% rate.

What I can't help with

If you are actively experiencing psychosis, eating disorders, suicidality, addiction or other severe mental health complaints, the requirement is that you are linked via your Family Doctor to a specialist treatment provider. Without receiving specialist treatment for these difficulties, Mitos can not help you effectively and safely. The reason is that for these kind of difficulties a  team approach is required.

Mitos does not offer emergency or out of hours care. 

Currently, we do not offer internships.
